Terms and Conditions
Firstly, many thanks for visiting our site. When you use our website either as a guest, or as a registered customer, you agree to these terms and conditions. They provide the basis on which you can place an order; the contract which is formed when we send goods to you; our returns and refunds policies; and how you may use our website.

By placing an order through our site, you confirm that:
(a) You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and
(b) You are at least 18 years old
Creating the Contract
All products available on the website are invitations to treat. When you place items in your basket and confirm your order you make an offer to purchase those goods from us. We will send a confirmation email to confirm your offer. A contract for the sale of the goods will be completed once that offer has been accepted by us – which occurs at the point at which we send an email to you confirming the dispatch of your goods. Until the goods have been dispatched, there is no contract for the sale of goods. Your offer will be deemed to be accepted in the UK, regardless of the country of residence of the servers in which your email inbox is stored.
The contract will relate only to those products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the dispatch confirmation email. We will not be obliged to supply any other products, which may have been part of your order. Should we be unable to dispatch any part of your order we will get in touch with you and offer an alternative product or refund.
Price and Payment
Although we try to ensure all the information on our site is accurate we sometimes make mistakes. All our descriptions, weights, dimensions, product images and photographs are approximate and may vary from one item to the next. Please do not rely on these product specifications, and we will not be held liable for any incorrect information. You are most welcome to contact us to confirm anything that is important to you.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if we discover that any goods have incorrect information, including prices, due to typographical errors or any technical or obvious error with our website that leads to an incorrect or ‘Zero Price’ being displayed.
If you are ordering goods for delivery outside the EU, the recipient will be responsible for any duties and taxes levied at the point of delivery as these are outwith our control.
Our prices include VAT

30 Day Returns
We know that buying jewellery can be stressful, particularly when you do not have the piece in front of you. That is why we offer a 30-day return, with a full refund, so you can view your jewellery on in the comfort of your own home and make sure you are completely satisfied with it.
Our 30-day return is a completely free service – all you pay is postage. There is no restocking fee or sneaky admin charge.
Return of Damaged Item
We try really hard to make sure every transaction is a great one but know that sometimes things go wrong. If it has please get in touch so we can offer a refund or a replacement. Normally we will include a returns label and postage along with the replacement so all you have to do is pop the damaged item into the envelope and then the post box. If you need to send the item back we will agree on the postal service required – a £3 nose stud probably doesn’t require Next Day Special Delivery!
We warrant to you that any product purchased from us through our site is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of the kind are commonly supplied.
Please be aware of the following:
– Some of the items on our site have been enlarged to show detail;
– Natural stone colours may vary from those depicted on our site;
– All items described as “Freshwater Pearl” are freshwater cultured pearls
Transfer of Rights and Obligations
The contract between you and us is binding on you and us and on our respective successors and assigns.
You may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise dispose of a contract, or any of your rights or obligations arising under it, without our prior written consent.
We may transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of a contract, or any of our rights or obligations arising under it, at any time during the term of the Contract.
