CZ and Ball Stud Earrings

Basic stud earrings are a staple of all jewellery boxes – inexpensive yet elegant, small but perfectly formed, our CZ (cubic zirconium) and ball stud earrings are available in both 925 sterling silver and 9ct yellow gold – affordable and appropriate for work, play, or school!

All of the stud earrings on this page are suitable for women, girls, men, and boys. Although we don’t sell them as singles I hope you find the price per pair very good value – consider the second stud earring a spare! As these stud earrings are either 3,4, or 5mm in width they can also be used as second piercing cartilage stud earrings.

The bouton stud earrings are also known as button studs as they do have a button shape! Although similar to ‘half ball’ stud earrings (both sit flat back) they are not the same as they have a much flatter profile. All of the stud earrings here are supplied with butterfly backs – the sterling silver earrings have 5mm width backs whilst the 9ct gold stud earrings come with smaller 3mm backs.
